MAKES 20-30 1 INCH BALLS
3/4 cup raw almonds
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
15 pitted dates
2 tbsp sunflower seed butter
1 tbsp honey (add more if you are having trouble with ingredients sticking together)
- Pulse almonds in a food processor for about 30 seconds or until your they are finely chopped.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and pulse until everything is combined. You may need to scrape down the walls of the food processor once or twice.
- Form dough in to balls. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy! Keep extras stored in the fridge.
