Italian Grilled Tomatoes

MAKES 6 TOMATO HALVES

Ingredients
3 beefsteak or vine tomatoes
Italian dressing
1 pkg Boursin garlic and fine herbs cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Slice each tomato in half. Using a fork, gently poke a few holes in the sliced open side of the tomato.
  2. Carefully drizzle Italian dressing over the sliced side of the tomato, sprinkle with salt and pepper and top with crumbled Boursin cheese.
  3. Place tomatoes onto a piece of aluminum foil and grill at 325-350 degrees or until cheese has melted a little and tomato is soft.
