MAKES 6 TOMATO HALVES
3 beefsteak or vine tomatoes
1 pkg Boursin garlic and fine herbs cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
- Slice each tomato in half. Using a fork, gently poke a few holes in the sliced open side of the tomato.
- Carefully drizzle Italian dressing over the sliced side of the tomato, sprinkle with salt and pepper and top with crumbled Boursin cheese.
- Place tomatoes onto a piece of aluminum foil and grill at 325-350 degrees or until cheese has melted a little and tomato is soft.
