Healthy Date & Nut Energy Balls

MAKES 20-30 1 INCH BALLS

Ingredients
3/4 cup raw almonds
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
15 pitted dates
2 tbsp sunflower seed butter
1 tbsp honey (add more if you are having trouble with ingredients sticking together)

Directions

  1. Pulse almonds in a food processor for about 30 seconds or until your they are finely chopped.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and pulse until everything is combined. You may need to scrape down the walls of the food processor once or twice.
  3. Form dough in to balls. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy! Keep extras stored in the fridge.
